It's a great day to serve and protect this fine city. I waited 22 years to find a place to "fit in" and I have found it in BFD. EVERYONE here is great, from Chief Cox all the way down to the greenest "Rookie". I have no reason to believe that we can't get through all this. My heart is in the fire service and here is where I chose to serve. It's time to take everything with a grain of salt and continue to grow as the FAMILY we are. LET'S ROLL!!!

I just wanted to say that you have a great looking site here. You have a great medium to interact with the citizens of Bryant and let them in on some of the goings on and what tou do for the city.

However, I can't pass up responding to Mr. Halloway's comments regarding the union n Bryant. First of all, it is not fair to say that all the problems within your department started with the formation of a union. From all I've seen it looks like the are problems that have been around for a while and are coming to a head because firefighters feel they have a voice they did not have before.

Second, the city didn't allow a union to be formed, the Bill of Rights of our Constitution allows for this. To attempt to block the formation of a union would be to deny the same rights granted to you to make rediculous comments on the internet.

As a member of nonrecognized firefighter union I can understand the barriers these men and women are facing. I do hope that you can get through this n a swift and agreeable manner for the sake of your city.

Welcome Back, Chief Randy Cox, Welcome Back! Now, that the City of Bryant Councilman and Mayor declared this all over, according to Thursday Benton Courier. Now that it is all over, now it is time to get back down to business. I have always and will continue support you as chief of the Bryant Fire Department. keep up all the great work and job that you do.

I feel that it was a great mistake letting the "union" come into a city department. I feel this is where all the problems started when the "union" was started. City of Bryant is NO place for any unions.

Thanks,
- Reese Holloway

Great Site! You all are a bunch of special people and without you the BFD would be nothing. Keep your chins up and you will all pull through and continue to grow together.

The website looks GREAT - but mostly I wanted to share my appreciation for the Bryant Fire Department and Chief Cox for their assistance and moral support during the recent flooding around the city. Thank You So Much!

What happened to all the personnel pics, please bring them back. It would be nice to put a face with the men and women who have pledged to protect our community. Liked the old site better, it was easier to look up past calls from the last couple of years and watch the old videos, they rock. I just wanted to wish the Fire fighters well in their indevers to persevere through the strife and termoil that you all have gone through over the last couple of months, our prayers are with you for your safety in performing your duties, and for a quick and decisive solution to the conflicts you are facing and going through at this time.

What happened to all the pictures of the Personnel for the Fire Department? It was better when we could actually put faces with the people who serve our community and protect us and our property. Please put them back up.

Randy Cox, friend for 18 years and co-fireman for 10 years, I support you regardless of what the other fireman say of you... You are a great person and love the task of firefighting as I do.

Very good website. I like a dynamic site, it gives regular visitors something to look forward to. For visual people like me, its loaded with action photos and videos.

Question, where is the all the other apparatus?

For twent-five years, I enjoyed watching the BFD grow from the inside now through this media, I can watch it grow from the outside.

Keep up the good work.
